Police are asking motorists to de-mist or de-ice windows before setting off after someone was given a £120 fine.
The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team stopped a driver who, it says, had their windows so fogged up they had no visibility.
The motorist in question was also given three penalty points for the incident.
Officers took to social media yesterday to issue the message.
