Dandara amends plans for major housing development

Developer Dandara has applied for permission to build five detached homes on a planned housing estate in Peel.

In a series of applications, the company says it wants to change some of the houses it's building at Ballaterson Farm on Glenfaba Road to provide more choice for buyers.

The company has already been granted permission to build 92 new homes on the site and building work is currently underway.

It says the five homes covered by the new application would have four bedrooms, slightly smaller than the buildings originally planned.
