Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says his department is helping the RNLI as much as possible to find a new location for their Douglas operation.
Douglas North MKH John Wannenburgh wanted to know what discussions had taken place between the Infrastructure department and the RNLI about the future of Douglas Lifeboat.
Mr Crookall says he has presented location options to the RNLI and the choice is up to them.
He also said his department has given every assistance possible to get new facilities for the organisation:
