Prosecutors have dropped charges against a man accused of criminal damage and assaulting his girlfriend.
Jack Anthony Willis Hutchinson of Albany Street in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 27 year old had pleaded not guilty to the offences, and prosecutor Chrissie Hunt offered no evidence.
Magistrates marked the charges as dismissed.
