Increased Calls to Crimestopper Result in 9 Arrests
Crimestoppers on the Isle of Man have announced an ongoing increase of actionable calls made in recent months.
There was a 27% increase on the previous years figures with 145 people using the service.
The quality of information received has been high and so far been linked to at least 9 detentions or arrests.
It’s good news for the Island’s policing teams as the lowest levels of crime since 1981 on the Island have recently been recorded.
