There are mounting concerns over the loss of wildlife on the Island due to new housing developments.
In light of this concern a new leaflet has been issued Island wide called 'Making a Manx home for Wildlife'.
It will aim to show people how to entice wildlife into their gardens - making them essentially nature reserves.
Minister for Agriculture Phil Gawne says the scheme could be invaluable for the Island's wildlife population.
