A man serving UK prison time for fraud and forgery isn't the victim of a shadowy criminal conspiracy involving Freemasons, a court has found.
Richard Wilmot made the claims as he applied for permission to challenge court rulings and prevent his home in Kirk Michael being repossessed by a bank.
Judge of Appeal Cross refused permission for Wilmot to appeal against three court orders affecting the home on Ballaleigh Road.
And after hearing Wilmot was effectively banned from suing people in the UK, he made a civil restraint order introducing similar restrictions in Manx courts.
