A woman who threw a glass at her boyfriend's head during a drunken row will be sentenced in February.
Police were called to reports of a disturbance at 38-year-old Clare Keig's flat in Douglas on December 29th.
When they arrived they found her partner in the communal area with injuries to his face – officers were told she’d become “drunk and aggressive” towards him.
At Douglas Courthouse last week Keig admitted one charge of provoking behaviour - the court heard she'd become angry after being stopped from buying a takeaway because he owed them money.
Social enquiry reports have been requested before she is sentenced on February 25th.
