A 32-year-old tourist will appear at Douglas Courthouse tomorrow after being charged with deception.
The man - who was arrested on Tuesday - is facing nine charges of criminal deception.
The charges allegedly took place at a number of locations across the Island over the last few days.
He was arrested by police after officers launched a Facebook appeal to locate him.
