A new 12- week course aimed at supporting victims of domestic abuse is due to start on the island next month.
The 'Own My Life' program is being run by Space 4 Action in partnership with the Children's Centre.
The recovery program aims to help people rebuild their lives after suffering trauma.
It comes after the Isle of Man constabulary reported a 21% spike in the number of cases during the coronavirus pandemic.
During last year's lockdown, between March and June, the force dealt with 224 cases, up from 185 during the period in 2019.
The number of people referred to Victim Support also doubled.
Each session of the new course covers 6 key elements: Own My Mind, Own My Body, Own My Choices, Own My Relationships, Own My World and Own My Feelings.
It is being run at the Children's Centre on Saturday mornings from 25 September.
Anyone who would like to attend should contact organisers by emailing contact@space4action.info or get in touch via the Space4action website.
