Douglas Council is looking for tenants to run the kiosks it owns on Douglas Promenade.
The two kiosks sell food and drink and the council says it won't consider alternative uses for the buildings.
Tenants can bid to rent one or both but the local authority says it won't necessarily accept the highest bid.
Anybody interested in renting the kiosks has until March 2nd to contact the council.
