How should the Island's gas suppliers be regulated in future?
The Communications and Utilities Regulatory Agency is holding a consultation into possible new laws surrounding the gas industry.
It's published a consultation document that says current legislation may not be sufficient to make sure the sector is regulated in future.
And it says a proposed new Gas (Economic Regulation) Bill would give it more power to control companies with significant market power or a dominant position.
