That's what the Department of Health and Social Care wants to know as it launches its latest survey for Manx residents.
The DHSC is keen to hear from people across the Island - including smokers, non-smokers, those who have used the Quit4you service, and those who haven't.
The survey is available until Monday, February 12 at the Quit4you website.
