Department of Infrastructure Unveil Proposals for Marina in Port St Mary
The Department of Infrastructure will unveil proposed plans tomorrow for a Marina Development in Port St Mary.
The Department have said the overall aim of the proposal is to see how existing facilities for harbour users can be improved.
Initial designs are currently being drawn up for the development which would see the harbour rejuvenated, similar to those in Douglas and Peel.
The development would also bring some new retail and catering facilities to the area.
The first of the consultations will be held at St Mary’s Church Hal tomorrow from 10am onwards, and again on Friday, kicking off at 9am.
Members of the public are invited to come along; with Department officers and consultants on hand to field any questions about the scheme.
