Heavy congestion is expected on all major routes into Douglas this morning as people return to work after the snow.
The Department of Infrastructure is asking people to consider starting their working day earlier or later than normal.
People travelling from Ramsey, Kirk Michael and the north should use the Laxey Coast Road, those coming in from the south the New Castletown Road and from Peel and the West via the main Peel to Douglas Road.
There is no access into or out of Kirk Michael to the south or Cronk-y-Voddy area and the Switchback and Mountain roads also remain closed.
Drivers are being reminded that conditions on many roads remain difficult and caution should be exercised at all times.
