A company says it wants to install a caretaker at an industrial estate in Ramsey to curb vandalism and illegal parking.
MP Associates has applied for convert a first-floor office in a complex next to the Post Office's sorting office on Gladstone Avenue.
In its application it says vandalism and illegal parking are both hampering the facility's running.
And it adds having a full-time caretakers to oversee the site would cut down on antisocial behaviour.
