The company which first mooted plans for a huge city centre redevelopment in Douglas has applied for dissolution.
Last year, Wyyttavin Limited applied for permission to build the 12-story complex containing flats, shops, a cinema on the former bus station site.
However, it dropped its plans after a family bereavement, and the scheme was taken up by Lord Street Development SPV Limited.
Wyyttavin has now applied to the Island's company register for a declaration of dissolution under the Companies Act.
