Onchan Commissioners say they want to sell off a former youth facility in the village.
The board has applied to the Department of infrastructure for permission to sell off the Kenyons Café building on Main Road.
The café, run by the Department of Education, Sport and Culture's youth service, was set up in 2002.
Onchan commissioners say they'll sell the building for £75,000 if the DOI gives the green light.
