Commissioners in Castletown are urging against irresponsible parking on pavements in the town.
The local authority says it's received complaints of vehicles obstructing the pathway on Malew Road between the bypass and the football ground.
Officials in the area say a letter drop will be carried out in the area over the issue.
They also warn those who park and don't leave space for wheelchairs and pushchairs on the walkways could receive a fixed penalty notice.
