Ramsey commissioners are to ask permission to lease a car park to Shoprite.
They've submitted a request to the Department of Infrastructure asking for permission to sign the long-term lease.
It would see the local authority's Station Road car park rented to the supermarket chain, which was bought by Tesco, for 21 years.
You can submit views on the proposals to the department at the Sea Terminal in Douglas by Friday, September 11.
