Commissioners in the south of the Island have hit out at irresponsible dog owners who let their pets foul a popular park.
Arbory and Rushen's board took to Facebook after dog mess was found on the rugby pitch used by Southern Nomads in Ballakilley Park.
The local authority says the playing fields are used by children, and the mess is a health hazard.
And it adds dogs aren't allowed on the pitch at any time - and there are disposal bins nearby for dog walkers to use.
