A Ramsey commissioner says he's disappointed with a decision to sell off the town's courthouse - but there's hope for the building yet.
Earlier this week Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey revealed the former site of the Post Office was on the market for £475,000.
Juan McGuinness says the local authority wanted to see it kept in public hands for the use of the community.
But he says despite the announcement, he's still hopeful:
