A warehouse in Douglas could be turned into a workshop and cafe, if a planning application is successful.
Onchan-based Petromanx Holdings wants to transform Ivy House on the Douglas Head Industrial Estate.
The company says the coffee shop, joinery and furniture business would employ up to six people.
In its application, it says it doesn't expect the proposed development to mean more traffic heading to the estate.
