Coastguards came to the rescue of a dog last night which had got trapped at Bradda Head.
Teams from Port Erin were called just after 6pm on Thursday to help the pooch which was in difficulty on the headland.
After a brief search the canine and it's owner - who wasn't in any difficulty - were found.
A member of the crew was able to reach the animal and bring it back to the safety of the nearby path.
