Coastguard officers went to the rescue of a dog which fell into a sink hole last week.
Castletown coastguards were called out after reports the dog had fallen down the Lime Kiln at Scarlett.
Officers wearing harnesses and safety lines climbed into the kiln and managed to bring the animal back to its owner.
It was unhurt during the incident.
