The organisation says any incident could lead extra strain on the Islands hill rescue teams and, as a result, on the medical resources at Noble's Hospital during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Crews say hill rescue crews work as one on the Isle of Man and there are no neighbouring teams to call on, and say 'don't become a casualty, don't become a statistic'.
Restrictions on non-essential travel were eased last month and people are permitted to exercise outdoors without time constraints as long as they adhere to social distancing, have not been requested to self-isolate and are not considered at risk.
