Emergency Services were called out last night after a small fire at a local chip shop.
Firefighters were called out to Peel Fisheries on Christian Street following reports of a small kitchen blaze.
No-one was injured, with the chip shop saying there's 'only small cosmetic damage'.
The chippy will be open as usual from 11.30am today.
