The Children's Centre says it's closing its early years services - including after-school and holiday clubs.
The organisation says it's concentrating on its charitable services rather than its commercial operations.
In a letter to parents, it says its three nurseries as well as breakfast and after-school clubs will close on Friday, March 23.
Chief Executive Fiona Dawson says the move will mean redundancies, and around 20 staff will be affected.
