Police are urging cyclists to take care, after a child was nearly 'struck' in Peel yesterday.
In a post on social media, officers say they've received reports of some 'near misses' with adult cyclists on pavements.
Authorities say the child was nearly ran over stepping out of their garden gate.
The constabulary adds for people to 'please have a bit of respect', adding it's illegal to ride on the pavement, unless it's a designated cycle route.
