The Chief Minister has conceded that he was naive to think he could have a government of national unity.
It had been one of Allan Bell's primary objectives to have a harmonious government line-up with all members working towards the same goals.
However, it has been evident over the past three years that this vision may not be attainable - due to regular disputes and major differences of opinion between back bench MHK’s and the Council of Ministers.
