The Chief Minister will meet with Flybe later this week – describing the current situation with the airline as ‘very serious’.
Last week, Flybe announced it would be closing its Isle of Man base putting around 50 jobs at risk.
According to the operator, it’s due to a review of its UK network and an effort to reduce the number of regional bases.
An urgent question on the matter was tabled for today’s sitting of Tynwald.
