Chief Minister Alf Cannan says the government works in joined-up ways, as shown by work in Ballasalla.
In the House of Keys this week, he faced questions form Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
Mr Cannan said departments work to a government plan and ministers work closely with each other.
He said extra school spaces were being planned to accommodate an influx of residents in Ballasalla:
Fifty babies born in first month of year
Over £460k spend by council on eco boilers
Amber weather warning for tomorrow
Record of over £30k raised by tractor run
Jurby puts rates up
Alcohol taxes rise
New water levels boost lake wildlife
Colder than average start to the year
