The Chief Minister says it is “disgusting” that some politicians have accused the Sefton bailout deal of being back handed
Allan Bell has been defending the loan and land deal since it was announced that government was stepping in to help the struggling group.
He even challenged critic Peter Karran to lodge a vote of no confidence after the Onchan MHK expressed his concern over the arrangement.
Mr Bell is adamant the fundamental principle behind the deal is to protect the economy but says while he respects other politicians’ views he is losing patience:
