Chief happy with new government's progress

The Chief Minister says his administration has made positive steps forward since September.

The new-look House of Keys was appointed following the General Election - Howard Quayle took the top job the following month.

Since then work has been underway on a Programme for Government which is due to go before Tynwald in January:
