The Island's team of athletes has arrived in Sweden to compete in the Island Games in Gotland.
A squad of more than 200 competitors are representing the Isle of Man as the event gets underway this weekend.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle says the Island Games was born here on the Isle of Man and it's been gratifying to watch the event grow over the years.
He's sent his best wishes to the team.
