A Douglas chef has been bailed after being accused of using Facebook to make threats to kill.
38 year old Christopher Robert Franklin of Mona Drive hasn't yet entered a plea to the allegation.
The court heard he's said to have messaged a woman about another man, saying 'I'll kill him. I'll stab him right in the heart.'
He was bailed on condition he doesn't contact witnesses and is next due to appear in court on October 15.
