A man's life has been saved this week thanks to equipment donated by an Island charity.
He suffered a heart attack at the Hailwood Medical Centre in Douglas on Tuesday.
A defibrillator donated by local charity Craig's Heartstrong Foundation was used on him - he was later transported to Liverpool, and has since made a full recovery.
The charity will be holding heart screenings this weekend at Nobles hospital.
