An Island charity is adapting its plans to support people during Mental Health Awareness Week.
Isle Listen says activities it had planned for the awareness week - running from today until Saturday (May 24) - are being made available in different formats online such as written resources, webinars and videos to make them more accessible at this time.
The material the organisation is publishing from today focuses on the week's theme of 'kindness' with three webinars scheduled for this week.
Those interested in taking part are asked to contact Isle Listen's Facebook page or e-mail training@islelisten.im
Meanwhile, the charity remains available to assist residents during the Coronavirus pandemic and says anyone in need of their services can arrange a consultation at support@islelisten.im
