A civil servant who’s just returned from the tiny Island of Sark says the Isle of Man is being held in high regard.
Colin Kniveton was seconded to the smallest of the four main Channel Islands in November to help establish a modern and democratic system of government.
Sark is barely twice the size of the Calf of Man and has a population of just 600.
During his time away Mr Kniveton also met with representatives from the other Channel Islands – he says the response was positive:
