Changes to the First Time Buyers scheme will be debated in Tynwald next month.
Government says the proposed changes aim to make the scheme more accessible for those looking to buy their first property after increases to housing costs.
They include revised income thresholds and an increase in maximum house purchase price limits.
If approved the amendments would be in place by early August.
The Housing and Communities Board is hosting a webinar from 11am-12pm on Friday about proposed changes, which is open to the public.
