A Chamber of Commerce forum says making changes to the published TT 2023 schedule will have a 'detrimental impact' on visitors.
Members of the Visitor Economy Forum have expressed concern about lack of notice when changes are made to schedules and how that affects tourist accommodation.
The group says that most hotels will now have 70-80% of their entire TT business booked based on the existing schedule, and changing it now would cause 'significant disruption.'
It adds that some business owners find it's not possible to take bookings or for customers to organise their own schedules due to uncertainty.
