The third festival will be held on the 24th and 25th September in the Nunnery Gardens of the Isle of Man Business School.
TV Chef James Martin has been confirmed as the special guest for this years Isle of Man Food & Drink Festival.
James is well known for his weekly cookery show, Saturday’s Kitchen on BBC1, he also showed his prowess on the dance floor in Strictly Come Dancing.
In the past he has been a great champion of Manx produce, using Manx Queenies and Loaghtyn lamb in some of his recipes.
For the first year the Hairy Bikers were the celebrity guests, last year the inclusion of Gino D’Acampo was heralded as a major success.
James has said: I am really looking forward to a return visit to the Island and to be using local produce to create fabulous food for Festival visitors to taste. Local produce makes such an important contribution to the special distinctiveness of a place and I’m sure that this is true on the Isle of Man.
