Flat Stage Will Suit Cavendish in Stage One of Tour De France
Mark Cavendish will be looking to take stage one of the Tour De France today, which will see him, race from Rotterdam to Brussels.
Cav is chasing the Green Jersey and a win today will be crucial for him.
It’s a long stage at 223km but it’s relatively flat and will suit his major strength of sprinting.
Tomorrow’s stage will see him race from Brussels to Spa, it’s a rugged course which will provide some challenges for Cav.
