 
                                    A man charged with unlawfully killing a 60-year-old man from Ballabeg has been remanded in custody.
45-year-old Ian Antony Anderson from Castletown appeared before the Deputy High Bailiff this morning.
He’s charged with killing Neil Roberts in the early hours of Sunday, December 1st, at a property on Queen Street.
The court heard the police investigation is at an early stage with officers still conducting house to house enquiries and taking witness statements.
No application for bail was submitted - the defendant will now be remanded in custody until a further court appearance next Tuesday.
