Castletown Commissioners have confirmed the Market Square Fan Zone will continue to operate with a different format.
The planned live entertainment has been revised for a second night, but the area can still be used as a social space for those who had travelled to watch the Southern 100 races.
Following the event's cancellation after a serious incident last night, the local authority says the area will remain open for those who 'may wish to be among like-minded fans in a low-key and relaxing environment.'
The revised format will operate this evening and throughout tomorrow until around 6pm.
