Chief Minister Alf Cannan's refused to give a yes or no answer to whether he thinks Manx Care can manage its budget without hitting frontline services
In the House of Keys this week he faced questions from former health minister Lawrie Hooper about the organisation, which is facing a £16 million overspend.
Mr Hooper asked for a yes or no reply, saying he'd repeatedly put the question to Mr Cannan.
Mr Cannan had this to say:
New amber warning issued for tonight's storm
Police appeal over theft of building materials
One of capital's oldest buildings may become housing
New NHS safety rule to be brought in on Island
Two city streets to shut for over six months
Revamp of airport terminal planned, says DOI
Four ferries now listed as cancelled today
One weekend sailing cancelled, others at risk because of weather
