Firefighters are urging people to be cautious with candles, following a house fire yesterday.
At approximately 9.30pm crews responded to reports of a house fire in Douglas.
When crews arrived, they found everyone was safely out of the building, and the blaze had been extinguished.
The cause of the fire was a damaged candle holder - officers are asking the public to never leave candles burning, or go to sleep without blowing them out.
