A campsite in the west of the Island has banned fires and barbecues for safety reasons.
Glen Wyllin Campsite on Shore Road in Kirk Michael took to Facebook to make the announcement.
It says the spell of hot, dry weather has left grass and undergrowth very dry and flammable - the government says the current risk of wildfires is very high.
The site has thanked campers for their understanding.
