Pro-life campaigners have called planned abortion reforms ''extremely regressive''.
The Humanity and Equality in Abortion Reform says the bill is the most regressive piece of law ever to be put before Tynwald.
The draft Abortion Reform Bill was published by Dr Alex Allinson MHK and is now open to consultation.
