Onchan MHK Rob Callister has announced he'll stand for re-election later this year.
Mr Callister says while it's not always been possible to achieve every outcome for constituents, he's never lacked the determination to challenge decisions and advocate for Onchan residents.
If re-elected, he adds he'll he remain committed to strong public services, local jobs and businesses, and accountability.
The Isle of Man's general election will be held on Thursday, September 24.
